Fantastic service and communication throughout. I live in the UK and my elderly Mam lives in Dublin. I wastrying to help her from the UK to find a company to fit her hall, stairs and landing carpet for her in Dublin. I searched online and found this wonderful, reliable company. Very pleased with them. I was able to book and got a quote. I dealt with Paul, whom was exceptionally helpful. As I had just bought the home and wasn't expecting to replace the carpets but, of course a rewire and re-plaster later it was in a state and needed replacing. Not only was the turnaround exceptionally quick, the output is fantastic and far superior than what was there. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get new carpet put in!

Great selection of carpets and flooring brought to my home within a day of requesting a quote. Once I chose the carpets for my two rooms,the quotes came in lower than all others. Top Class Service!! Needed a comfy carpet fast for the new baby room and spoke with Paul from Global Carpets. Told him what I wanted and he chose the best colour to suit the room. Fitter landed in a few days, got stuck in and was gone in 30 minutes!! Didn't know they were even there!! Room looks bigger and feels great on the feet. Good quality, thick and cosy. Global Carpets smashed all previous illusions about buying a new carpet and all the hassle that generally comes with it. When I walked into a carpet shop, I picked a carpet priced at €280 and after sitting down with a member of staff, before I knew it €280 turned into €600 after fitting, underlay, etc and on forth. Additionally, it was going to take weeks for someone to come and fit it. I stumbled across Global Carpets, left a message and before the day was out, Paul called. I told him I didn’t want a consultation, I just wanted a nice carpet at a reasonable price. And that’s what I got. I told Paul the colour and price range I wanted and he picked the carpet and within a week, it was fitted. The price he gave me was all inclusive, there was no hidden fees or add ons. Everything about it was hassle free. I put my faith in Paul and it paid off. Thank you to Paul and his team, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have to say I was a bit dubious about using Global Carpets at first as hadn't heard about them previously. However after reading all the great reviews I decided to check them out.I was very impressed with the service I booked my consultation online over Christmas and had booked for the bank holiday Monday - Paul phoned me on the Sunday to say they weren't actually working on the Monday but he slotted me in later that week. I really appreciated this call as I had forgotten it was a bank holiday.The entire process was very smooth and I had laminate flooring and carpet picked in no time with a quote immediately. The fitters (another Paul and his team) came within a week of the quote and fitted both the laminate and the carpet on the same day.All parties were very friendly and easy to communicate with and the entire process was hassle free.I would totally recommend Global Carpets and will use them again when I need more carpets etc.

Having found out about Global Carpets via a leaflet left at our house, I decided to book an appointment. The first positive was getting the appointment booked in on a Sunday evening and having someone call out on a Monday morning.Paul is excellent and knows the industry with vast experience. He was understanding and quite quickly understood what we were looking for. He brought in the samples and very quickly we were able to make a decision on what we wanted.The payment process was even easier and the fitter was booked quite quickly as well. The fitter (Paddy) arrived on time on the day and worked non-stop to get the whole house carpeted by 6pm.Even received a couple of follow-up calls from Paul to ensure all was done in line with our expectations.....All in all - a very positive experience, at a reasonable price and most importantly we didn't even need to leave the house. I'd strongly recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking to get carpets.

Couldn’t be happier with the product and service from Paul at Global Carpets. From the appointment I booked online I got a call that day to confirm. Paul knew exactly what I wanted in terms of bespoke rugs and arrived on time, professional and had all the Covid measures in place. He showed me the samples and I found it much easier to choose the perfect shade with the samples in the actual rooms. I really feel I would have made a mistake colour wise if I chose in a shop.There was also a range of herringbone linen binding to choose from to finish my rugs. They arrived this evening, on time again, as promised and Paul even moved furniture to lay them and hoovered them to ensure they were perfect. In buying anew house we had to refloor all of it. We got Paul to come to the house with the Showroom, with all the timber and flooring samples. Very easy way to choose flooring in the house where it will actually end up. We chose herringbone laminate / wood effect lino / carpets. Very decent price and very efficient installation by the other Paul. Would recommend Global Carpets to anyone looking for new flooring.

The lads did a superb job on laying carpet on stairs and lnstalled herringbone flooring in both bedrooms. We were anxious about having this done as we had just moved in to a new built house but were reasuured by the great job that the lads done.This work was all done on the same day as promised by Paul. I would highly recommend this company and there price is also very good. I will definitely go with these again in the future.

Just about the best shopping experience and service I have had in a very long time. Its impossible to visualise what flooring will actually look like, stores do not give samples and it can be hit and miss. This service is fantastic. You can see what the product looks like in your home. Fantatic selection, prompt and reliable service and delivery, great price and Paul is very knowledgable and knows what will work. Cannot reccomend him and his company more highly. Really pleased

Had Global Carpets out to do a new rental refresh. One Phone call and Paul took care of everything. Reviewed, measured, recommended, ripped up, fitted. Arrived on the day stated. Simplified the whole revamp and fitted the whole house. The workmanship and result are fantasy. No pain and best price around. Highly recommend.

Best company I have dealt with in over 10 years. Top quality products and outstanding customer service. Pauls knowledge and experience are second to no one. Paul could visualise in seconds what we wanted. Within no time carpets and floor boards arrived i.e. exactly when he said they would arrive. Paul popped over to the house. He was able to recommend the best type of carpet for a high traffic area and the fact that the samples were in the house it was much easier to match the colours!

What an amazing experience! Paul from Global explained how easy the process is and I have been pleasantly surprised that it is as easy as he said. I was originally only getting one of the kids bedrooms revamped but the price he gave me for my choice of carpet with the extra underlay was so good that I just ordered the carpet for all three bedrooms. Paul organised the fitting to suit my timetable (one first and then the other two together so I could move furniture around) and Phil the fitter did an amazing job and tidied up after himself. Am so impressed with Global Carpets and a big thank you to Paul Smith. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

Our experience with Global Carpets was fantastic and so enjoyable, we didn’t need to worry about a thing as Brendan looked after everything. From showing us large samples of carpets in each room to looking after the install, they even gave us an after care booklet on how to look after our new carpets. Couldn't believe it when the van show up to my house with all the bits of carpet and stuff, it's brilliant, you can see exactly what they're like inside the house. Got the dates all locked in and everything on the day and the fitter came 2 weeks later and fitted the carpets. Amazing service and my sitting room never looked better.
